GigaOM’s Web Worker Daily has been one my “Must Read” daily blogs since it launched in September. Aimed at the work-at-home (and work-from-Starbucks) crowd, it targets those of us who live by the credo, “the workplace is where you can find a keyboard and a wifi signal.”
So when Anne Zelenka, the site’s lead writer, dropped me an email yesterday asking if I’d be interested in blogging for the site, it took me about 30 seconds to say yes. An email introduction to Om Malik followed and a couple of hours later I’m officially a Web Worker Daily contributing writer!
I just posted my first entry, “11 Tips for Time Management in a Web Worker World.” I’ll be posting there 3-5 times a week on a lot of the same tech topics I’ve been posting here. A View from Home isn’t going anywhere, I’ll just be doing double duty and we’ll see where it goes.
