The girls and I just got back from a lovely weekend up in Connecticut/New York while Eric is still out of town on a business trip. We spent all day yesterday with old friends of ours in Stamford. We’ve been very good friends with this family since Emily and their daughter, Lindsay were in preschool together 4 years ago. It was great to see Emily and Lindsay pick up their friendship like they last saw each other 8 days ago instead of 8 months ago. Same with Lisa (Mom) and I.

Today, Dad Jason is profiled in a a story in the Stamford Advocate newspaper about a children’s book he wrote. I’m so happy for him. He told us about the book a couple of years ago, and it’s so cool to see that it’s getting “out there.” I would love to see it published…anyone know anyone who can make that happen?
