Here’s our booth:
Tomorrow is the last exhibit day. Considering our tiny organization size, I think we did well with our booth.
I learned that most folks only care about the schwag. Seriously. There’s some talk and networking, but people seem to “do” the show floor just to get the goodies. We were giving away colorectal cancer pins & bracelets, as well pens/note pad holders.
Some of the pharmaceutical companies spent some major, major moolah on their booths…big, huge complex walk-in and walk-around things complete with snacks and cappucino machines. I’ve heard that years ago the companies went even further overboard with raffles and high value items but the conference organizers put a stop to that.
