Nostalgia

[Ooh! Ooh, ooh!](http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2005/11/13/AR2005111300683.html)

>America Online Inc. and Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. are planning to put thousands of episodes of once-popular television shows like “Welcome Back Kotter” and “Chico and the Man” on the AOL.com Web site, where high-speed Internet users can view them for free.

>The new In2TV service is set to launch in January and will include episodes of more than 100 shows.

I wonder if they’ll have it in iPod-happy formats? Not likely.

I remember being very bummed because our roof antenna didn’t get ABC (NYC Channel 7) very well so I couldn’t watch the first few seasons of “Welcome Back Kotter.” We got cable in 1978 or 79…one of the first on our block!

What are the chances that AOL will offer something good like “Taxi”?
