This morning, as I was pulling into my development the driver in the lane going in the opposite direction was talking on his cell phone (not hands free) and smoking a cigarette.
Gee, I hope **driving without killing anyone** isn’t too much of a distraction for him.

It sounds like New Jersey agrees with you… I just heard on NPR this morning that New Jersey lawmakers have proposed a $200 fine for smoking while driving. My question is… does NJ have a cell phone ban as well?
